General


We operate out of our home studio in Markham, Ontario in Canada!

We ship worldwide! However, if you are ordering from the UK / EU, due to the custom laws you will have to purchase through our Etsy store instead. Please see below what to do if them item you want isn't in our Etsy store!

While we operate in Canada, most of our customers and suppliers are in the States. So charing in USD helps to make our admin process a lot easier



Products and Orders


While safety eyes are attached with a backing piece inside the plushie, with force or over time it maybe become loose and can be a hazard for younger children so please exercise caution when giving the toys to younger children.

We do provide an alternative to safety eyes: sewn or felt eyes. If you would like the eyes be changed, please send me an email or leave a note when checking out with which option you would like

We only keep a small amount of stock in our Etsy store. If what you want isn't on there, please send us an email with the item you wish to purchase and we will create a link for you to purchase through our Etsy store

I am currently taking select custom crochet orders based on a few factors such as how busy my schedule is, the intricacy of the piece and how many orders I currently have. You can send me an email at craftsbyconnii@gmail.com to discuss further :) I hold all rights to accept or refuse a custom order request. 

If you would like to customize a current product (ie. Change the yarn colour, change the eye material), you can send me an email at craftsbyconnii@gamil.com

NOTE: Changing the yarn colour is subject to yarn availability.

If you purchased the incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to have it fixed. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled.

If you inputted incorrect information when checking out (ie. Street name, postal/zip code), please send us an email at craftsbyconnii@gmail.com with the correct information. If you do not reach out to us and the order gets shipped, Connii's Craft Studio will not be responsible for any lost packages

If you have special circumstances or specific dates that you need your order by please contact me ahead of time and I will see what I can do.

We will always try to ship your order out with enough time for delivery, however, we are not responsable for any delays caused by the post office. Please refer to our shipping policy for approximate shipping times and plan accordingly.



Shipping & Pick Up


Processing time for all orders are usually 5-20 business days. Since I work full time and run the shop solely on my own, during busy seasons the processing time may be extended. Please always refer to the announcement bar at the top of the site for the most updated processing time frame

All orders will be completed and processed in chronological order

For sure! We provide free pick ups for local customers. All pick ups will be done in the Richmond Hill / Markham area.

Orders can be picked up either in Richmond Hill or in Markham. Once your order has been completed, we will send you an email to set up a date, time and location. We will be using the email you used when placing your order so please make sure it is accurate and one you check often to ensure you don’t miss our emails. Please also add craftsbyconnii@gmail.com to your safe list

You must show us your confirmation email when picking up your order. If you are asking someone else to pick up, please provide us with their name. They will still need to show us the confirmation email to pick up the order.
