We operate out of our home studio in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada!

All crochet items and stickers are created and drawn by me! Some items, such as the washi tapes and acrylic keychains, are outsourced

While safety eyes are attached with a backing piece inside the plushie, over time, with enough force it may become loose and can be a choking hazard for younger children.

We can provide an alternative to safety eyes, such as felt or sewn eyes. If you would like the eyes changed, please email us or leave a note when checking out

Custom orders are subject to our studio's schedule and availability. To inquire about a custom order, please send us an email to discuss further. Connii's Craft Studio holds all rights to accept or refuse custom order requests

If you would like to customize a current product, such as yarn colour or eye style, please send us an email or a message on IG. Please note that customization may delay shipping. All yarn customization is subject to yarn availability

Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order to modify or cancel your order. After 24 hours, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Please email us at conniiscraftstudio@gmail.com with the correct information as soon as possible. If no email is received and the order gets shipped, all efforts will be made to retrieve the package. However, Connii's Craft Studio is not responsible for any lost packages.

Please contact us prior to placing an order with the date you need it by to ensure it is a feasible timeline. We will try our best to ship your order out with enough time for delivery. However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the post office or by customs

Processing time for all orders is 5-10 business days.

As I run the shop solely on my own while working full time and taking care of a little one, processing times may be extended during peak seasons. Please refer to the announcement bar at the top of the site for the most up-to-date time frame.

If applicable, you will be responsible for paying any additional fees related to customs/import duties.

We provide free pickup for local customers! Pickup will be in Richmond Hill/Markham. Please email us if you would like to request a different pickup location.

Once your order is complete and ready for pickup, we will email you to set up a pickup date & time.
