Shipping policy

Processing Time

All creations are made to order and can take between 1-4 weeks before your order is shipped out.  Production time can vary depending on your order size, the time of the year (Black Friday, Christmas) and how busy I am at the time you place your order. I will always try my best to stay within the processing time frame. All orders will be completed in chronological order! 

Shipping

All shipping costs are automatically calculated through Canada Post. If there is a difference between the rate you paid and the actual rate it cost to ship your order, I will issue you a refund on the difference. 

I will always ship with tracked packing. Once your package has been shipped out you will receive a notification along with your tracking number. 

Customs

Please note that you are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. If you decline to pay the customs and the package becomes lost or discarded, I cannot offer you any refunds on the item or the shipping.
