Refund policy
Exchanges
If an item is damaged, please email us at craftsbyconnii@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item an image of the damaged item and the order number. If the item is damaged due to an error on my part you will receive:
- store credit in redemption of the damaged product
- a replacement product
NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
I try my best to make sure everyone is happy with their product(s). If you are unsatisfied with your order please email me with the concern and your order number!

Refunds will ONLY be given if:
- you have contacted me within 14 days of delivery
- item is unused and in a sellable condition
- the item needs to be shipped and returned to me within 30 days of delivery
- the buyer will be responsible for any postage costs
Once I have received and inspected the item, you will be notified by email that the prodcut has been recevied and I will issue you a refund on your original form of payment.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of the item, I will not issue refunds on custom orders.
Other Store Policies
- you are not permitted to resell this item without my permission
- you are not permitted to claim the products as your own
- you are not permitted to copy my artwork or use my artwork without license
- all products are for personal use only
