Exchanges
If an item is damaged or incorrect, please email us at craftsbyconnii@gmail.com as soon as possible with an image of the damaged item and your order number. If the item is damaged due to an error on my part you will receive:
- A replacement product OR
- A store credit for the cost of the damaged product
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
I try my best to make sure everyone is happy with their product(s). If you are unsatisfied with your order please email me with your concern and order number!

Refunds will ONLY be given if:
- you have contacted me within 14 days of delivery
- item is unused and in a sellable condition
- item is in it’s original packaging
- the item needs to be shipped and returned to me within 30 days of me accepting the refund request
Once I have received and inspected the item, you will be notified by email that the product has been received and I will issue you a refund on your original form of payment.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of the item, I will not issue refunds on custom orders and sticker products.
However, if there are damages to your products upon receipt please email me. If it is an error on my part, I will see what I can do :)
Other Store Policies
- you are not permitted to resell any items without my permission
- you are not permitted to claim the products as your own
- you are not permitted to copy my artwork or use my artwork without license
- all products are for personal use only
